My stay at this resort was quite a rollercoaster. While the pool area was nice and the rooms were spacious, there were several disappointing maintenance issues. The staff really tried their best to help, but it feels like the management isn't paying enough attention to the details. I left feeling that the value for money just wasn't there, especially with some serious cleanliness concerns in the shared facilities.
